Summary: Hotel room was nice. No exhaust in bathroom? Hot water in the shower most times, sometimes not! Very busy and pricey as it’s classified as a resort! Very little to no direction! Parking is hard to understand at first… but convenient to the beach!

Summary: The staff at the front desk could not give us clear and precise directions to our room. Wall paper was peeling in the room, no daily maid service and the pool staff said we had to pay to use the lounge chairs at the pool, despite us being guests in the hotel.

Summary: The location is right on the boardwalk and across from the beach. We're from Florida, so the beach isn't exactly what we're used to. We stayed in the Chelsea Tower and it was an older room, but fairly clean. There are 3 pools on the property - one is at the Chelsea Tower. It's a 21+ pool, but you have to pay to rent a beach chair for over $50 each. The Blue Parrot is the family pool and there are some pool chairs far away from the beach that are free. Overall it's definitely overpriced for what it is.

Summary: Stayed in a double Queen room at the Chelsea tower for July 4th weekend, and my girlfriend and I were very disappointed, especially for the amount we spent for those 2 nights. For one, the room was very outdated. Second, it seemed like housekeeping didnt even change the bedsheets prior to us entering the room, all they did was make the beds. I say this because there were several brown stains on one of the bedsheets, so we had to request for housekeeping to come and change the sheets. Another thing was that there was a ton of hair left in the bathtub when we checked in. Also, the ironing board fell apart. Overall, it just seemed like the room was not cleaned properly prior to us checking in. We also hung out at the 21+ pool located in the Chelsea tower and the pool had weird objects floating around in it, and the water was cloudy. It seemed like the pool had not been cleaned in several days, so I didnt even bother getting in the water. The highlight of the weekend was the fireworks show on the beach, but aside from that, we were very disappointed with our stay and will not be staying at Tropicana again. I heard that Caesars invested millions for renovations, but that was not apparent in the quality of the rooms.
